How do I access Wi-Fi Calling? I use it regularly inside some building at school where no company has good signal.

This has been discussed before.
Long story short: The GSII and Amaze 4G do not have wi-fi calling YET. It'll come with an update T-Mobile will announce (hopefully soon). You also need to use the new sim card that came with the phone because the new wi-fi calling will be different than previous implementations that T-Mobile used.

I am using the new SIM card. Well, that sucks. At least it's only temporary.

Yes their is no wifi calling on the phones at this time, I would recommend you take the phone back with the 14 days buyers remorse. If they try to charge the restocking fee mock them and get the ADR involved as most likely as in my case the rep lied to you and said it had it.

Once the wifi calling is out you can always pick it up again and if the wifi call's on it suck then you have the buyers remorse period to return it. I know I wouldn't trust them when they say it will be out soon, or that the new system will work great. Their new system has not yet been tested.

There is a sticker label on the box stating a restocking fee of $50. Good to buy with American Express card as they can refund the restocking fee as part of the Return Protection.

This is true, although since it was sold under false advertising (in my case) the company has to eat the restocking fee.

Mine tried have me pay for it, I mocked them called cooperate and had them take care of it and filed a complaint with the company to have the sales rep removed. Also had the voice recording of them lying to me about the phone having features it did not have.

And if you need to just take it to the adr.

That's great news. Thanks for sharing. Now let's hope T-Mobile will unblock the WIFI hotspot feature at the same time.

Really? "Mock" them? Are you 12? Its understandable to be upset by it, and it's nice having your proof by recording the conversation but mocking the sales rep? Do you honestly think that's going to get you anywhere? Frankly, it's just rude and immature. Not to mention you'd probably get more help acting in a reasonable manner.

Judging by that comment, it seems like you're one of those people that seems to forget that those people working in retail and service industries are real people too. Besides, people find it hard to be nice to other people who are acting or treating them like a**holes.

Just saying.
