Things You Don't Like About The 6P?

The glass on the back camera, it's what stopping me from using it naked. :)

IR and SD is a must for me... that's why I have not interest in owning any Nexus phone. I always go with LG flagship.

I ordered one of those IR blasters that fit in the headphone jack, and haven't received it yet. I guess that if a phone doesn't have a native IR blaster, an add on may be OK. I have a gimped IR blaster on an LG Volt, and I like it. However, I agree that at least for me, the LG flagships seem to have most of the features that I want that are lacking on other flagships.

And this item right here:

Fixes the no IR blaster issue for 95% of people. Heck this is even better than having it on the phone! Unless of course you are wanting to run through multiple different rooms. 100 bucks is pricey unless your setup is like mine and all of your IR controlled devices are in the same room.

A few minor complaints for me:
1) Need an on-screen button to close all apps with one press
2) Change the battery icon to horizontal so the battery % is bigger and easier to see.
3) If Google Now is disabled I should be able to put widgets to the left of the homescreen. I like to put Google Keep on the left of homescreen and weather to the right. It annoys me to swipe twice to the right to get to one of the widget. Also the wallpaper is not centered. Instead it's the left-sided.

1. That's an issue with stock Android, and has been that way since I believe KK.
2. Agreed.
3. Since this is a Nexus, the stock launcher is the Google Now Launcher. You could switch to a third party launcher like Nova. On my Motorola phones I had to install the Google Now Launcher, since they use their own launcher (most likely AOSP).

No I didn't. I prefer larger phones mostly because I consume a lot of video/media. I could not go back to anything smaller than this phone. Trying to watch videos on a 5" phone is brutal. I almost didn't buy this because it was smaller than the N6. I think they should have went 6" or 6.1" hopefully with the new nexus this year they do that.

It's a tablet you want then.

If you have root access, look at Recently. It's in the Play Store and adds in some interesting customizations... Including only removing the apps not in memory.

I really advise against closing out apps wholesale... It does more harm than good.

i would say lack of qi charging might be the biggest for me...also the ability to close all apps with one click...but thats about it, love the phone!

I'd prefer SD. Also not all that in love with the volume button placement. Active display could work better, similar to Moto, and I know this is a Marshmallow issue, but it'd be cool if doze kicked in more often.

That said, it's as close to perfect as I've had. I haven't experienced any of the issues some people have (Bluetooth, voice, etc). Can careless about wireless charge. I'm surprised how much I like USB-C. I didn't think not having to worry about which side fits would be an issue, and granted it's a small one, but it's so nice just getting that snug fit every time and not worrying about which side is up or down.

Battery Life - Yes, to my over a year old iPhone 6 Plus, this battery life isn't as good and is inconsistent with the same apps installed. 2915 vs 3450 mah
Rear glass - At least mine scratches very easily, I was very hesitant before getting my dbrand skin.

Other than that i'm a happy camper.

Mine bent pretty easily. The phone still works perfectly though.

I don't like that the power button and volume buttons are so close together
I don't like that the phone cannot stay locked on LTE in a strong "full bars" LTE area and wanders off to H constantly (could be a deal breaker)

Other than the above 2 I am good

This one may be only with AT&T users -- From what I have seen. On T-Mobile I sit on LTE the whole time.

 Picking up the phone upside down.

If its laying flat on your desk with the left edge facing you, the phone looks the same top or bottom.
At least with incoming calls the LED flash helps to tell you where the top of the phone is.

Thanks, but no thanks. Not worth the trouble for slight issues.

With the Pure Nexus rom I have no issues and have been using it for months. It's your phone, do what you want. You'll just have to live without the features you desire.

No. I don't want a tablet. I want a larger phone. 5.7" is too small, 6 or 6.1" would be fine. Believe it or not, not everyone wants a 5" phone.

Agree especially to point 3 I guess That is the way it is.
And a onebuttontocloseall apps - would be perfect und like finding a gold nugget.

I love the button placement, I wish the screen was a tad bigger (and the bezels a bit smaller) but the only things I'd actually ding the phone on are:

1) Call/speaker quality - it's just not as good as the Nexus 6 was, and sounds frankly like an underpowered speaker in a metal housing (I'm just talking about sound here, not reception, which has been fine).

2) Haptic feedback - I like that it's fairly quite, but it has a metallic twang to it that I find really annoying.

It's a pretty small list (smaller than for any previous phone), but not perfect.
