This update has fixed my sound also phone is faster I see flash videos from youtube right from the page but see no app I hear its built in but see no settings it is in my applications though.

Pretty sure the new gmail features are bundled with the new voice commands on the market, so I think you need to download those to get them.

Hi all....Made the jump to 2.2 today Not rooted. Maybe I never noticed before but my battery will not charge now on usb connected to pc it is showing as holding its charge of 20% since 11am...also not sure if its new with froyo but if phone is off then plub into ucb via pc phone automatically starts up...

I noticed that you can now turn the phone either way for landscape and it works, where as before, you had to have the side with the HDMI and charging inputs down.

I had to unplug my USB cable and plug it in to another USB port on my computer, so it must be a driver issue.

This is incorrect.. The only way to get the new Gmail is to manually install the APK which is not included with any 2.2 version.

2 separate apps.. installing the Voice Actions will get you the new features only if you're running the newest Gmail.

Also you can touch the screen to take pics/video. touch to autofocus remove your finger to take pic.

Thats kinda cool , thats how the incredible camera works , now they are close to same there,,, makes for taking better pictures IMO

The phone is deffinately much faster, and transitions are much smoother.

The new bloatware is somewhat annoying (VZ Navigator, QuickOffice etc)

Camera feels much better, a little quicker - quality doesnt seem much different then before but mine was pretty good to begin with

Wireless seems to work much better

Gallery is 10x better than it was, should a been this way from the beginning.

Recorded video playback seems very choppy, not sure why?

Quadrant score has been 1309 everytime I've run it.. not sure if its a bug or not?

Might be a few more things, but im at work so ive been messing with it periodically.

Both the swype keyboard and default calendar app have changed color to light grey, kinda ugly in my opinion. Handful of new apps I didn't necessarily want either. Tho the device is faster. Have managed to get 1364 on quadrant but only running the default launcher, this is an incr of 80 on 2.1 with launcher pro Not as incredible of a performance increase as I had hoped but an increase none the less. Since this may not be the final release I won't worry about some of these complaints.

Holding volume down used to go down to vibrate and then ringer off. Only goes to vibe now.
