Hope you can help. I think my husband has placed something in my phone to track all my movements. I've text messages and Facebook messages that Ive deleted yet he can still access them and send the entire conversation history to his I pad from my phone. He needs my phone to access them. I cannot change my password on my phone to stop him accessing my phone as that will cause all sorts of problems. I've nothing to hide but the fact he's got this and can do this is very unnverving. I've looked through my settings etc but I am clueless how he's doing it. I've asked him to stop and to show me how he does it but he won't. Any ideas please? Desperate.

Best thing to do would be to put a password on the phone. I know you mentioned this would cause problems but it is ultimately the best solution. Otherwise if you feel like taking the time to do it, backup your personal items on the device (photos, media, contacts) and then factory reset the phone and that will remove everything and start from scratch.

Your best solution is to do a factory reset and wait for him to mention it. When he does mention something, it will tell you if he put something on your phone. Been there done that and got rid of the insecure woman.
