Thinking about upgrading to a G3 from Moto X 2014

Lately, I've been debating whether or not to mini upgrade to a G3 for a couple of reasons : Battery life, storage, and camera. Would you rec commend a G3 vs a 2014 Moto X ?

Yeah, I'd recommend the G3 over the 2014 Moto X mainly due to battery life, camera and micro SD slot. Also recommend the G2 since it's very affordable off contract, has a good camera and gets even better battery life than G3.

The Moto X has stock android. You would be giving that up for the Ugly LG UI.

I do. I have turned off all the LG bloat. Use hangouts for messaging and calls. So I only have to see the ugly LG skin when in settings.

You can root and flash whatever custom ROM you like.

I have the moto x for my work phone and g3 as personal. I think the moto x is a decent phone but like the g3 much more

Depends what you look for in a phone.. I had the g3 and found the intermittent lag got to me.
