Every single one of these videos is useless and pointless and made to get clicks on their YouTube channels.Good recent Saki video. Does a comparison. The s21 Ultra wins.

Yeah that's true. Just my opinion is Samsung has been doing a lot more taking away then giving lately, but they are at least playing with new technology, that can't be said about apple
For a lot of people they don't want the customization. They just want a phone that works good as a phone for texting, talking, and basic apps like Facebook. For those people the iPhone is probably better for them, as there's no argument that the iPhone does those well. Everything else to these people are considered gimmicks, things they don't need or want.
Android offers the customization, but that comes with a price a lot of times. Tweaking something in one area causes issues somewhere else and now you have to figure out how to fix another issue and keep what you tweaked. There's a lot of people that don't want that headache and for that reason, sometimes the grass is greener on the other side.
It's funny that that's always been the misconception, but you've hit the nail on the head that in actuality it's the other way around. I remember when I worked in wireless and when customer couldn't afford the latest iPhone they would say ok what about the galaxy's then see the price(most would look at the note) and they were always surprised saying "I thought Samsung was cheaper than Apple" lol. A lot are actually willing to go with models that are a few years older just to say they have an iPhone. It's because the iPhone has generally been more expensive than the android offerings. I have seen people literally say they don't want android cause they aren't poor. Don't want people to think they are poor.
When I reality the most expensive phones are almost always android. It's actually really funny and sad at the same time.
I think its because some people see celebrities with iPhone's, so it makes them feel good to also own an iPhone. Also lets face it Apple is as mainstream as one can get. All I see in my everyday travels are people with iPhone's. Which is exactly why I will never buy an iPhone. There are like 12 guys on my softball team. Maybe 10 have an iPhone, I simply don't want to be just another iPhone user like them.
This is why apple does well. They control the hardware and software.
You said everything perfect. I would also add this, buying accessories is a lot easier for iphone then Androids. You walk into any store and 80% or more of the space is for iphones.
With android 12 looking more like the IOS.
It's clear Samsung is making their phones simpler which is great touch wiz was horrible. I currently own a tab s7 plus which which I use for my torrents and and comics and movies a phone with storage that was limited used to be my biggest gripe wis gripe with Apple I now own airpods pro and they are great. So what's really keeping me around with Samsung is loyalty to the brand. I've never had an iPhone and the cameras I cannot lie are starting to become better and even from other iphone 12 pro max are even better then my ultra s21. Would yall consider the jump.
It's clear that everyone has a different experience especially the "it just works statement" because that's how I feel about my galaxy products. Case in point my sync system through Ford has been flawless I never have a double notification sounds. I love the integration with my car so much. Love that whenever I get in my music starts where I left off it evens starts youtube back up if it was the last thing I was listening to. In terms of my galaxy buds pro they effortlessly flow to any device I'm using. An example is if I'm watching or listening to music on my tab the buds will pause what I'm doing and connect to my phone for me to take the call. I can also share my Bluetooth devices without my friends having to pair the device to their phones which is pretty cool. I can't even begin to understand the issue you're having with you galaxy watch and the which is a blessing because I'll never understand how people think the apple watch is the holy grail with it's punty battery life. I'm sure the apple ecosystem is superior, but a lot of people underestimate/are not knowledgeable of just how integrated Samsungs ecosystem is becoming as well especially with the link to windows integration. Sorry to hear that you're having a poor experience on Android, but better you than me lol because I know that I would not have the same enjoyable experience if I were to have the same products with Apple. Guess that's another reason it's great to have choicesI will chime in here, after reading most of these posts, because I'm a LONG time Android exclusive user. I've had every S model and Note since day 1. I am also staring at an unopened box with an iPhone 13 Pro in it.
I am currently using the Note 20 Ultra.
I test drove a 12pro this summer returned it thinking I'd buy the 13 when it released.
I'm tired of a big phone. I'm tired of the squareness (although I'm seeing all the girly iPhone users are buying square cases for their phones) I am completely over these curved edges and crappy screen protector choices. In that same vein, I'm SO SICK of never being able to get accessories!!!!
I'm tired of duplicate chimes on my Cadillac when I get a text message (just a glitch of the Android device) -
I'm tired of my watch (gear3) auto answering calls when I'm on another call. (Haven't found a fix yet!) Little glitches that just make it feel like things don't play well together.
I'm so tired of trying 4 times to get a good photo when iPhone gets it on the first try. I understand that my Samsung camera may be superior, but in everyday usage, I need to point and shoot - quick. I can't tinker and tweak settings when I'm just trying to get a quick snap. The customization can be crippling on Android.
The reasons I've stayed with Android/Samsung so long are:
We had a removable battery
We had upgradable storage
We had a headphone jack
All gone now.
Do I love my widgets and not feeling like I'm just like everyone else? Yes. I love being able to be unique. I love a round watch face. I love being different.
But man, my AirPods click right in when I use my iPad. The Apple Pencil is solid.
The Apple Watch can engage my weights on my Tonal.
Apple integrates into my car flawlessly.
The Apple watch was done very well. I just hate that it's exactly the same as everyone else's.
Apps on iOS just work better. They do. And I hate admitting it. I HATE the idea of leaving Samsung for iPhone but as boring as it is, it all works. (Or at least, that is the perception!)
Going back to that straight sided beautiful rail around the iPhone was a good move, it's a gorgeous piece of hardware.
The biggest thing that will suck is giving up my S-Pen.
Sigh.
I still haven't opened the box.
That's scary, but I feel they do that any way. Especially with the cloud backups. I have nothing to hide, but just knowing they're looking at all my pics and messages just feel so creepyI just left apple ecosystem for samsung. Apple stuff is great, works well and all that. But you can't do anything on it. Even their news app, if you don't want they give you, you can't remove it. Plus now they will be scanning your devices, and don't think for a second that it's only for child porn. The will get away with it and start scanning for everything. And unfortunately Samsung and Google will follow.
They do scan photos going into the cloud but not on the device. It is quite intrusive. That's scary, but I feel they do that any way. Especially with the cloud backups. I have nothing to hide, but just knowing they're looking at all my pics and messages just feel so creepy![]()

Thats why I picked up an iPad pro. I have the best of both worlds. I use both equally through out the day.I have both phones and I like them both but I do prefer the S21 Ultra a bit better. I always have an iPhone and an Android phone cause I enjoy both platforms but I'm more of an Android guy.
