Thinking of switching to Android

Right now I am using a Blackberry Bold 9700 running os6. Its not bad, but the phones that RIM is coming out with don't really seem to be very impressive according to the specs that have leaked. So here I am, thinking about switching to an Android phone. I have a few friends and family using Android phones, but none on AT&T.

My question is, which phone by AT&T would be my best bet. My upgrade isn't until May, so if there are any phones in the works for AT&T, I would love to hear about them. I saw the one on the home page for AC, and it looks awesome. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Motorola Atrix would be worth waiting for.
RIM hasn't really released anything new lately. Their phones would of been good....4 years ago. But now with the specs of newer smartphones and then you hear what RIM is putting in their smartphones, your kinda happy. But then you hear the release date, by then, the technology they are using are old news.

Welcome to the forums. I'm pretty sure by the time your upgrade comes along... there will be a decent android phone available for your likings. In the meantime you could read up on this - Transition from BB to Android.

Rim is finally releasing a screen resolution of 480x800 but this device will not be released until Q2 or Q3 of 2011.
