3rd Handset - Still Problem, No Voice During Calls
My phone still has 3 months warranty left, i bought it from vodaphone, unlocked it, im using a giff gaff sim. This is my 3rd handset that has given me this problem, during calls the other person cant hear my voice, they complain of a bad signal, i can hear them perfectly and my signal is showing as strong. I have to hang up and call again.
when i got my second phone (1st replacement), it was fine when it was new, a few weeks later the problem came back. I got a 3rd handset, same problem a few weeks later. I done a factory reset, did not install apps or backed up settings, it still has this problem.
My daughter has a the same moto g except its from o2, unlocked and she has giff gaff sim to and she never gets any problems.
Looking on the internet there seems to be lots of suggestions but none of them seem to have an answer, some involve rooting and i dont want to risk my warranty.
Giff gaff is o2, so im going to try an asda sim soon as they are EE. Im not sure if that will help but nothing to lose. Is this a waste of time?
Should i go for another replacement from Vodafone, how many phones do i get before i can refuse to accept another replacement?
Does anyone have any better suggestions? I love the phone but this problem is doing my head in.
