This "phone" is EVERYTHING.

If your iPhone 5 died in 6 hours you should have taken it in as this is not normal.

I've been using the iPhone since the 4 came out on Verizon. Before that I had the original Droid, and then the Incredible. I just borked my jailbreak and had to restore so now I can't jailbreak it. I decided to use it as an excuse to try an Android phone and evaluate AT&T's service (no TMo or Sprint in my area). Battery life coming from the iP5 is great. I had to have the iPhone on the charger whenever I was near one or it would die in 6 hours. To me this battery is great. The speakers are phenomenal. The screen is fantastic. The only thing I'm hating right now is the lack of an integrated visual voicemail app. Why doesn't Android include this in the phone app? I've never been a big fan of the 3rd party VVM apps, but I guess I'll have to find one. I had originally ordered the dev edition but since it's delayed I went and picked up the AT&T 32GB model to play with. Hopefully my dev edition will ship soon and I won't have to wait when I return this in 14 days.

U sold me on this one, man. I am leaving that tired Apple iPhone 4S for the HTC One. I can't take it anymore. I have the AT&T 5gb plan and cannot even use LTE- although it's in my area. My upgrade is May 15th. This will be my time to shine! On a sidenote, that Samsung Galaxy S4 is too much. I think that bloatware will be overwhelming for most people to even consider using EVERYTHING.

I love this thread. I'm thoroughly content with my Nexus 4, and I'm not one to buy multiple devices. That said, I admit I've had the occasional fantasy about the One... It's so impressive! Keep up the reviews, I check them almost daily. I want this so badly to sell at a Galaxy S3-like pace.

Also, I love the Galaxy kids that cry "foul" at a non-removable. There are a plethora of those portable extended batteries, and you know what? Regardless which solution you prefer, one way or the other you have to carry an extra component around with you.

I mean really, get over it.

Quite frankly, this is the best piece of technology I have ever used. The screen is immaculate. The sound is rich and powerful. The tv app has replaced 3 different remotes in my living room. My only gripe thus far is that Sprint is really nothing compared with Verizon. But such is life I suppose.

I said the same to an unnamed moderator here. It's tied with my Macbook Pro (go ahead and chastise me lol).

The S3 was a more refined product compared to the One X. Now, HTC has caught up and both the One and the S4 are brilliant and refined. The One X may have left a bitter taste in your mouth, but the One shouldn't be the same. I think both phones would do a great job for anyone, but for me, I can imagine sitting down with the One and using Blinkfeed, adoring the design and enjoying Beats Audio. However, I don't think many people will use the S4 'value adds', nor will they adore the plastic design or have much to brag about when compared to the S3 or the One. My moneys going towards the One when my contract expires, but both these phones would be excellent.

I have a Galaxy S3 and I love it most of the time. Yes, things bug me about it, but all-round I think it is a superb phone. Last year I was an iPhone user, and wouldn't go back at the moment. When the S4 came out I was, like, "oh, it looks like the S3..." it has loads of bizarre gimmicky stuff on it I couldn't care less about, like the ridiculous eye-scroll. For me, it wasn't different enough to the S3 for me to be foaming at the mouth for it, but it is still going to be an excellent phone.

The HTC One, however, I am obsessed by and simply cannot wait to get one. Regarding battery and memory cards, I think people totally overreact to them. NOBODY complains about the iphone not having a removable battery. I bought two more batteries for my galaxy. How many times have I used them? Never. They sit in my car and at the office. My phone gave me ENDLESS TROUBLE with the memory expansion slot, and after being sent away twice I finally had to have a new motherboard. How much space does my S3 have now? 16gb plus 16gb SD card, same as the HTC One.

Load up 37 gig of music by all means, but how many of those tracks do you actually listen to? Seriously? For me, spending a bit of time the nght before putting together a new playlist of the songs I actually want to hear and copying it across is far more useful. Dont get all clammy-palmed because your phone doesn't have a remote eye-activated touch-sensitive radio controlled scrotum-wrinkle length measuring sensor built into it like the Samsung, honestly, most of the Samsung stuff on my phone has never been used. As I said, I DO think my S3 is a fantastic phone, and the S4 will be better still, but it won't be perfect, and neither is the S3, and neither is the HTC.

Think about what you really use your phone for most, read lots of review, ask questions and make a decision based on that.

For me though, it HAS to be the HTC One right now - its the phone Apple should have made.

Cheers fellas :) Robsa

Jacksonville FL here and here are my LTE run ins with Sprint. While the coverage isn't the best since we aren't launched its getting much better (sensorly shows nice coverage) but I'd say I always get 10+Mbit down at the minimum if not better and I'm pretty happy with that.

Thank you bro lol.

Actually I am going to take it in, but not for the battery. The hotspot feature has never worked. Nothing can detect it on wifi. It only works via bluetooth. If the battery life improves it'll just be gravy.
