Speaking of quad scores from yesterday in this thread, just watch bworleys quadrant bench test on 4G just now and it snagged a 2407. Not too shabby at all.
Well, getting back on topic....
I know this is minor but can you please tell me how the "copy/paste" works in the browser? Is it the two little indicators that you slide to the beginning and the end of the text to be copied or is it the dreadful Motorola "slide ur far finger over text that you can not see anymore due to said fat finger" method?
Thanks! This was the only good thing going from a dx to the thunderbolt. Better copy/paste.

The phone does have a LED light like almost all motorola phones and yes, the vehicle dock charges the phone.
Why does everyone keep talking about this phones as if it's so revolutionary? It's nothing special. The design is hideous, as is the packaging. I don't understand why Verizon keeps trying to market the Droid phones to SiFi nerds with no sense of taste. It's basically a glorified Droid X2 with LTE, a front facing camera, and just as ugly design.

Yet if the Bionic shows great scores then everyone gets a hard on and posts them all over the internet. Am I right? My point is - you can't say benchmarks aren't important, because if they weren't then we wouldn't be discussing them in the first place would we? If real world performance is the most important then why are benchmark test posts flooded all over the Android blogosphere.

Here's my two cents on the pentils screen. I had a Motorola photon for 29 days. I went in with an open mind not even really hearing anything about pentile at all. The screen was just trippy. Some times I didn't notice it and sometimes it looked like lil bugs running around LOL. But it really bothered me during web browsing and especially during YouTube and Netflix. Now I was willing to keep it as it wasn't a deal breaker but I did notice it. Now I'm very interested in the bionic and am hoping the pentile screen has been tweaked to look better.
Was this the screen as it came out of the box or did you have a screen protector over it ? I've been quite annoyed at some screen protectors in the past due to something similar to what you describe.
No screen protector. Straight out of the box. Honestly to me the worst part was in the notification bar. It was very difficult to read how much service I had. Veryr very pixelated.
anyword on bionic and lapdock bundle and price?
