Thoughts on Goodlock (or is it Good Lock)?

I used Goodlock with my S7 Edge a number of years ago. Mainly to darken (blacken) the notifications shade, which didn't happen with themes back then.

At whatever version I used it on Android, they never updated Goodlock to work with the next OS update and that was it.

With a (sorta) full dark theme available now, darkening the notifications theme isn't a need anymore, but how do you guys who use it like Goodlock?

Which modules do you use/recommend?

I think the combo of Samsung themes and the Android dark theme don't necessarily look as I'd like, so how useful is the Theme Park module. Is it pretty granular or just very broad?

Thanks for any info and advice.

I love the Good Lock app. I use Theme Park to make my own themes. Wonderland (new module) for live wallpapers, Home Up to customise my folders and increase the size of my Home Screen grid. Those are the main ones for me. But I have them all installed.

Thanks. I use Nova Launcher, so can already adjust grid size. Theme Park is probably the module I'm most interested in.

More stuff to choose from including picking apps you might not want to theme.. theming from submitted themes..do your own ...

Good Lock -Home up module you can change the grid size like Nova on the stock launcher , and task changer you can put recent app as stack ,grid, list ..etc also multitask better

Was excited when I finally received the latest update for One UI, so that I could add Home Up to my Good Lock family of apps.

The one thing that has annoyed me for the longest time about stock One UI is when you tap a folder, it's ginormous, regardless of how few icons it contains, and to close it requires tapping somewhere outside or the home button. With Home Up, it opens a normal sized folder. I know, I'm probably being ridiculous, but sometimes it's the little things that can be so important 🤣

Thanks for this. I had bypassed Home Up when I installed my modules, but this sounds like a tweak I'd like.

One option I wish they would add to one of the good lock modules is the ability to change the app drawer to scroll vertically instead of horizontal pages. That is the one annoyance of switching back to Samsung. I like the One UI for everything else and don't really want to use Nova for it but if it doesn't change with One UI 3.0 or I can't get used to the horizontal pages I might have to go to Nova.
