I am on the November security update and today got the December Google play services update.

That seems odd to me.

My Other Half has a pixel 5a which updated flawlessly to the January 2022 patch.

Got the 12L Jan Beta update yesterday. S2B2.211203.006
I must have enabled the Beta track at some point.
My bad.

OTA update downloading now.

Sideloaded took 8 minutes total. A few options came up in phone app as far as robo-dialing call screening.



UPDATE Phone seems much much faster between screens, scrolling, apps opening.

I've downloaded the OTA. Trying to decide if I want to do it.

Who was I kidding. Of course I sideloaded. It didn't brick the phone. Will report back if things seem better.

Yeah same here. Hope this really improves battery and puts the pixel 6 back in a good light

Nothing seems broken. Good first step. Fingers crossed this one will fix all (most) of the issues I have had. I want to love this phone.
