Nah not different at all, and the silliness is not reserved for phones. I actually get a good chuckle from much of it, as it is always so predictable. If it gets boring or people get to far overboard, I drop out of the thread.

I think mostly people like to commiserate, and this is the best outlet for it.

That's why I created my own "laughing face" - I "Screen Captured" one of Facebook's faces, cocked it a bit and added some sunglasses... just so I'd have my own "laugher" for the stuff the shows up on here! It's fun!
