Threads that will be started in the next 2 days . . .

"Has anyone rooted the Note 7 yet"?
"When will we get Nougat?"
"Does your phone get warm"?

Or:

"My phone screen cracked spontaneously because I stared at it wrong"

"My phone is water damaged because I put it in water, but Samsung said I could so they should replace it!"

"Why does my battery keep draining? I've been using it all day!"

"Who regrets buying the Note 7?" <-- there is always one of these in every new released phone lol

This is so funny. There's always that one guy who claims to get 10 hours sot with no proof

Yup with all radios on, brightness on 100% all the time, streaming YouTube, and Google maps. With 10% left at the end of the night.

Yep. The headline is usually overdramatic like "Sorry guys, I'm out"!

"Gave Samsung one more chance but I'm done"

"<insert carrier name> rep was so dumb and didn't know anything"

"So much bloatware"

"Camera sucks"

"Why doesn't my phone work under water even though I'm touching it?"

"Why don't I have a side menu, Samsung said I'd have a side menu"

"Had eye surgery, forgot to turn off iris scanner. How can I unlock my phone!"

True story I'm a tech for 1 of the carriers had a iPhone user burn there hand messed up their finger prints and had no idea what the back up password was

Not surprised. I work in a hospital and I see some weird sh! / lol.

"why is the screen curved?"

"where's the IR blaster? sending this phone back"

Don't forget "dead pixel",
"sending back note 7, here's why", "Grace UI no better than TW", etc etc...

Don't forget the inevitable....

[Fill in the blank] GATE !

Iris gate, finger gate, grace gate, pen gate, note gate...blah, blah, blah.

It's already started with "action memo gate". It's still there people, it just ain't yellow and it ain't called action memo..it's called create a note. Adjust to things tweaking.

DISCLAIMER: Because fanboys need disclaimers. People can't be real anymore these days so I'll out my disclaimer up here. I bought the note 7. It's arriving TOMORROW:

Now for my comment.

I haven't seen one of these threads yet. I find it very interesting and amusing to boot. It seems as thought android fanboys are getting out in front of a future problem early with a sarcastic thread like this.

Oh how people have very little short memories.... Very little indeed. I seem to remember when the iPhone release had problems how everyone was literally foaming at the mouths to make fun of iPhones and their "gate" issues.

Now all of a sudden if it's an android problem we are all logical and have common sense ? Weird.

I'm just pointing out the change in tones that's all.

Carry on, I buy all phones btw. All of them. I'm typing this on an iPad as we speak and can't wait for my note 7 to come in.

Actually, the water one would seem legit to me....I've seen LOTS of videos with people writing on the phone under water...I could see someone doing that, after all, how many people put their S-pen in backwards EVEN AFTER they were told it would break the phone?

Each to their own, and I agree that there is a HUGE problem... water-gate... oh wait, that one has been taken.... with Samsung advertising IP68 and showing it under water in commercials, and in demos, and then NOT covering it under warranty. I see their point. Its not water proof, use it in water at your own peril...but if you do, try the s-pen!

For me the water resistance is a great safety feature. One I plan on not using, but it will be comforting to have it. I would have no problems if the device wasn't water resistant. Its like a car that floats....thats nice, but "m not trying it.

I have a s7edge and I know my phone is water resistant which is NOT the same as water proof so I will not be dunking my $800 electronic device in water for the sole purpose of testing it out. I don't care if samsung advertises it they way they do, I see it as a safety feature. A just in case type if thing. I would never put any electronic device in water purposely no matter how water resistant it is.

"Is anyone else's phone getting really HOT?"

"I'm not impressed. It's going back to the store."

"Why is the 16:9 camera option only 6MP?"

"Is anyone going naked with this phone?"
