Three UK Bose promotion

Has anyone who pre-ordered from Three managed to get any documentation to prove preorder and purchase, which are needed to claim the headphones from Huawei? I upgraded and only received a delivery note, no order invoice. I've chatted with them three times and still haven't got what I need.

I've got emailed invoices from Carphone Warehouse, and also the email from when I took the order (showing the order was made before the deadline. Anything like that should do.

That's just what I haven't got. I had to order by phone and didn't get any sort of email acknowledgement.

Direct from Three as an upgrade. I'm not the only one, there's a thread on XDA about it.

Possibly it could appear on your Three bill, but they should provide you with an invoice, complete with the date you made the order.

You should receive a letter separate from the phone delivery. I got mine a few days after the phone.

Did the letter show the pre-order date?

Your concerns made me check through my paperwork, and the delivery note has the order date on it.
I imagine the form on the offer page will have different ways to verify. It's likely the IEMI number will be used.
