Thunderbolt battery life

If a 1600mah battery fits without needing a new battery door, I wonder why the Thunderbolt didn't just come with that sized battery in the first place?

Ah but add a cradle that charges the phone and a spare battery etc. Will add up. Memory is cheap.

It works like a regular charger. I love it. It's there when I need it and I don't have to remove cases etc.

Seriously, if you ONLY use if for occasionally phone calls, you won't have a battery issue. If you flick through the screens, reading news widgets and checking facebook/twitter for a few hours, then you will drain the battery. Just having the phone in your pocket won't drain the battery significantly. The hard part is not taking it out and fooling with it.

I am running CM7 (Gingerbread) on my Incredible and see significant battery life improvements. It's hard to say how much is 2.3 and how much is Cyanogen modifications.

The whole point of these smartphones is to be a media hub for our entertainment. If you just keep it in your pocket then your better of with Razor Flip Phone so thin and worthless you don't even no it's there. Furthermore one else will no what hell will know what your making and receiving calls with.(throwback)

That Enegerizer Battery Booster is cool, but it just means something else I need to have with me. I mean, might as well carry an extra battery... no?

Is that thing better than something like this: Amazon.com: Scosche Keychain USB 2.0 for all BlackBerry models flipSYNK (Black): Cell Phones & Accessories I can at least keep this on my keyring and charge my phone with any computer. While you don't ALWAYS have a computer, and this thing wouldn't help like if your on the road, its pretty nice for regular usage.

Best move I made was to buy the Seidio extended battery for my OG Droid.

1600 battery has 14% more capacity than the stock...that is pretty good for being the same physical size.
