i agree. zero chance verizon stores will not have this phone on launch day. that would make no sense.

My little ol' Droid Eris that I picked up for $129 on a 1 year contract, is worth $132 on VZW's Trade In lol! It states that if they don't receive the device within 30 days after you appraise and ok it for shipping out to them, that is may be re-appraised. I am totally jumping on this right now so I can send out the Eris near end of month after I have my TBolt and get the $132 gift card for paying my VZW bill

EDIT: Well... I totally messed up. The price has dropped significantly on my Eris sometime in the past few days since I last checked it's value. My own fault! Should have set up the return when I saw it earlier this week

My guess is that prices were higher for most devices just earlier this week. They're now lower due to change of month, or that new phone releases are closer.

Best buy's program is a total waste, don't do it. You will get WAY more $$ if you just sell it on ebay or on craigslist.

I think I'm going to use that one website someone posted in one of the other forums, it was saying it would give you $120 for an OG droid in good condition.

I just spoke to a VW rep on the phone about the ad in BB regarding pre-ordering the TB. She stated that BB was the only authorized retailer to offer the TB and that if I wanted it- I would have to go through them to get my mits on one 1st. Why does VW give existing customer dibs on getting an i-crap 4 a head of time, yet future TB owners get chop liver? It seems i-morons get preferred treatment. You suck Verizon. Give us TB seekers equal treatment FFS!

I went to the vzw store today to ask about the thunderbolt and the guys said "no official date". I asked for unofficial date and he laughed and said he didn't know anything. I then asked when LTE is coming to Childersburg, AL, he he didn't even know when Birmingham(biggest city in AL) was getting it.

this is actually where i got it from. i confused the 130 post because i have been reading so much **** over the last couple of weeks. the BB exclusive rumor has been around since day one, and no one has dispelled it. you dont find that odd?

The part about the "Future Proof" plan being put together at Best Buy is a cool sounding idea. This is all good news except the fact that I am gonna be adding a second line to get the T-Bolt and want a 1yr contract with it so I'm thinking I have to get mine from a VZ store?
