company is giving us free phone and these are the two phones we have option to take. Any tips or suggestions..i have Htc Evo 3D right now. verizon is new territory for me personally so need some help. Thanks

Thunderbolt is the only phone on VZW that can do voice and 3G data at same time. It's been a great phone since MR2 came out in July.
