I think I made this post before but I can't find it so thought I'd post it again.

My Thunderbolt keeps restarting itself over and over, it's so frustrating. It started happening when I got a new phone through insurance. Any ideas on how to fix this? Do I have to wipe out the phone? If so, how do I do that? It's almost become unusable at this point. :(

Not sure how to check it? I just tried to do a software update and it said I have most updated version, no new update available

If that is the case, contact Asurion back ASAP and they will swap it out free... As long as it is within a certain time of when they shipped it to you.

To check software Press Menu, then Settings, all the way to the bottom is "About Phone" , then hit "Software Information". Let us know what Software Number you have.

I would probably get it replaced though if you can.

I have the most updated version. Looks like I need to wipe out my phone and start fresh. How do I do this??

Are you sure that you have the most updated version? Last time you posted, you didnt even know how to check the version, and now you are positive you have the most current one?

If you want to do a factory reset, its Menu-Setting-SD and Phone Storage-Factory Data Reset

You only need to reset the internal memory, not the SD card.

I had that problem back before I rooted and started running cyanogenmod. I've had up times of 2 weeks without any kind of a reboot. It's nice.
