Time zone is wrong

I was abroad and when I came back the clock was not adjusted. The location is correct but the time zone is not.
I restarted a million times.
When I set time manually is ok and when I switch back to automatic it is not.
I have nexus XL if that helps.

Usually it's controlled by your carrier when set to automatic. Ensure the issue isn't with the carrier.
