Timer on Portrait Mode

Can somebody please tell me if we can set a timer in portrait mode? As in, can we go to portrait mode, put the phone somewhere and get a portrait shot of ourselves?

when you open up your camera app go into the camera setting in the portrait mode scroll down and look for timer there there's an option

2 sec
5 sec
10 sec

it works for both selfie or back camera
