Titanium back up freezing in one app

So I'm backing up my apps via titanium and while backing goo manager it freezes. It didn't say error has occurred or titanium back up has stopped working. It just says the app and that it's backing it up. Even though it's not continuing. This is the second time this has happened. Any body else have this problem? An I don't something wrong?
