Titanium backup freeze

So I have come to simply love the Titanium Backup freeze option, and want to know what I can freeze without causing problems. If possible, please tell me what I can freeze and also let me know else it could effect.. like by freezing friendstream, facebook no longer wants to work properly.. ok thats cool..
