Titianium Backup to get rid of "Setup"

Hey all, happy to be rooted again. (Thanx, Revolutionary!)

I'm rocking MikG 2.45 right now and loving it. I especially love how he made it so that you can uninstall almost everything that is normally a system app. However, there are a few that plague my app launcher and I want to know if I can uninstall them with Titanium Backup without alarm:
  • Setup - the one that looks like a magician's hat
  • Music - the one that comes stock with Android. If I uninstall this, will it affect any of the installed codecs or anything?
  • Music - the HTC one - same question as the stock music app
  • Friendstream - will this affect any other syncing issues with HTC's versions of Peep/Twitter and Facebook?
  • HTC Hub
  • Gallery - I use QuickPic, but will removing this have any affect on viewing things anywhere else?
Also, I have no idea what the .apk names are for almost any of these, so it would be of great benefit to me if you could fill me in on that as well.

Thanx in advance!

If you have the "pro Edition" ot TB, then you can just freeze the app and see if there are any negative effects. obviously if there is none then you are good to go. if you don't have the pro edition it is only a few dollars on the market. hope this helped.

Yeah, I was unaware that the root version of the app didn't let you do that, so I found out the hard way when I tried. I may spend a few bucks on it, but I'm a little hesitant being as I don't know how else I would use it (I know everything else that it does, I just don't know if I'm going to be using after this).

Are there any recommended free apps that freeze things properly? There's so many I don't know which ones are MORE recommended...

Well, I can say that freezing the Gallery doesn't have any bearing on whether QuickPic works, but the little thumbnails you see in the Camera app don't do anything when you click on them. So I unfroze it. I left HTC Hub and Setup frozen and they don't seem to be having any ill effect.

Now that I have used up my 3 free defrosts from "Root Uninstaller", I have a question: can another app defrost something that was frozen by this app?
