Tizen and Android Wear on same phone?

I have a Moto 360 running Android Wear. Just ordered a gear S3. Any issues with Android Wear apps installed on my phone conflicting with the gear S3? Should I remove all Android Wear apps? Thanks.

I had this exact setup. Worked fine. But have since sold the 360.

I've had that same setup as well. You shouldn't have any problems with it.
