Tmobile release date?

14 to return, 30 to exchange, and one year warranty. I've honestly had worse luck getting phones later. I tried it with the note 3, which I got a little more than a month after it came out and had went through 2 returns before I got a good one. The s3 and s4 I bought both on release day and they've been fine :)

From their website:
" If you recently purchased a new T-Mobile phone
*
You have 14 calendar days for discounted purchases with an annual plan at retail stores (30 in CA), 20 calendar days for online purchases via t-mobile.com, and 30 calendar days for full price purchases from the date of purchase, to return purchased equipment to the point of purchase."

I paid for my S4 with part cash & the rest on a debit card, when I returned the phone after 3 weeks the first store said all returns are limited to14 days, so I printed out the policy and went back. I got a different clerk who knew the policy & didn't need to see the printout. Because of the amount they wouldn't refund the money immediately, but I'm getting a deposit can to my debit card or a check in the mail (the confirmation text said one thing, the store said another).

tldr version: for max return period, pay in full at store

Yeah a friend of mine works for Samsung and I played around with it about a week ago and his phone had issues, like if the LCD wasn't Attached correctly, because whenever you put some pressure on either side the phones screen would be normal. But when there was no pressure on it the phones screen would start glitching. Either way the phone is covered under 1 year for those sort of issues.

It's interesting that this is still on the website. I thought that T-Mobile changed the policy recently so that full-price purchases are down to 14 days, as well. The last receipt that I had from T-Mobile didn't have the 30-day return period language that it used to have.

just posted on another thread:
aw maw gawd aw ma gawd, I just spoke to the tmobile stores around my area, all confirmed deliveries into the stores today but cant sell till tomorrow 10 am, I called the store by my house, spoke to a rep there whos coming in tomorrow on his day off to sell me the note 3 at 10 am, he says hes gonna put one aside for me, im soooooo excited i want this day to end!!! im switching shifts tomorrow so i can go to the store and get my precious!! but then i think omg when I get home tonight hopefully ill be able to play GTA 5 online (ive heard the servers cant handle the demand from everyone trying to log in to play the game), so much awesomeness in so little time!!

I went into a T-Mobile today and they told my that they couldn't sell the phone till Thursday. I called around and other stores are selling it tomorrow. You got to remember that if you are here reading about a phone, you know more than the people working there.

Man the people working at all these stores are so dumb, wonder how they ever got these jobs?

Most of them honestly are just people in need of a job, with no skill set. Its customer service lol. No offense to the ones that know what is going on, like the guy I deal with. But seriously, I know a friend of mine from high school applied for a job and being in the know isn't a required skill lol.
