Today battery is draining quicker..

I set my AOD on a schedule from 8:30 am until 9pm

Mine is almost the opposite. I set mine so when it's on my nightstand at night, I can see the time.
I just changed it 2 days ago because I noticed that at one point, the AOD was like #2 in battery usage.
It's weird because when I know there are notifications, I open the screen and check the notification shade. I don't generally pick up my phone and look at the AOD notification icons.

Are you not concerned of not being able to track it if lost or stolen ?

Yep. That too. I'm gonna see how it goes for a few days and see what difference it makes on the battery life.
