Toggles lag

Almost every time I open the status bar the toggels move with a horrible lag. Why does this happen in this powerful phone? How can i fix it?

You may just need to clear the multi tasking and go into task manager and clear ram/memory, that helps with my phone. Also sometimes a reset will help, I have also found if it's in power saving mode the phone drops 2 cpu's to save battery and that can cause laginess
