Toledo Ohio LTE switched on

It's been on since at least 11 am this morning. I was on WIFI before that. I tested at my house (Sylvania and McCord area) and got 2.6 MB down and 2.8 MB up. Later at Monroe and Secor I got 3.6 down and 2.9 up. Better than 3G but not as good as some other places are reporting.
I just tested again from home and got 9.2 MB down and 758 KB up. They must be tweaking the settings.
I'm getting mixed. 3-4 down and same up. I have reached as high as 11.2 down but still seems like they are tweaking it.
I'm in toledo, and this is crazy fast. I didn't think it would make that big of a impression, but all I can say is wow.
I can confirm Fostoria (super small town 40 miles south of Toledo) and Fremont *15 miles northwest of Fostoria) have both had LTE since June 25th. Figure that out. Here I thought it would be one of the last cities in the country to get LTE (didn't get 3G but a couple years ago) and instead it if one of the first 100.

Still no 4g , it come and goes. Is there something I'm missing or need to do for it to stay on.?
Guys Ive had it since 530am yesterday, with 10.5 down and 1.2 up. All day long an barely any real batt probs besides me hogging the band width as much as possible 
I still don't have it in downtown. Also my drive to work through Bowling Green also found no 4G. Someone from Verizon needs to throw the big switch somewhere.

Yes downtown Toledo. Sitting inside 4 Seagate and only getting 3G. Maybe when I leave work? I'll try going outside in a minute.
I have it all the way from reynolds an heatherdowns to the maritime plaza for sure.
Idk but when I was in detroit three or four weeks ago I was wondering why I didnt have LTE, the i membered it was cuz I had it shut off only to CDMA.

Just uninstalled LTE on/off, checked my settings, walked outside, did a battery pull and removed the sim card... still no 4G.
Now I'm nervous about my phone. What am I doing wrong?

It takes a min for it to connect to LTE, whenever I power it on it stays on 3G for atleast a min even tho my buddys Tbolt has 4G. So maybe the prob is you have a shielding barrier in the building. Is 4 seagate the 5/3 bank building or is that 1 seagate ?
