Although I do not believe Verizon will release the Thunderbolt tomorrow, it definitely cannot be March 21. You really think they would spend money to advertise a phone that is 4 weeks away from releasing? Nope.

one on hand im disappointed i cannot have this phone now.
on the other hand im "happy". had i not been following the leaked info on this phone from around fall time, i would have probably picked up a DX, and then been more pissed i would be locked in a 2yr with a DX when i could have waited a little bit (yeah right, i didnt think it would be about half a year's + time) and got the tblow.

Just Spoke With Verizon Rep

Just called my local Verizon store, and spoke with a representative just hoping he would be cool and give me any info he had, whether he was supposed to or not. I asked if the Thunderbolt would be available tomorrow. He replied "No, not tomorrow." I asked if he had any idea when. He replied "Im hearing the 28th." That is all.

Not to add fuel to the fire, I was in my local BB this afternoon, the salesman told me they had them at the store, but could not sell them until tomorrow. Who knows! I hope he does, we will find out in the morning! Hope he is right, but ready for the dreaded news that it is pushed back. Will let you know early.
