I cannot express my gratitude to the OP of this thread anymore. All i can say is that you just saved me $$$. I was about to go out and buy another phone, since i was stuck in the system recovery for like 24 hours quite literally. I could not boot into my Android 2.2.1 OS, I listened to @overthinkingme. Who said: "I restored the nandroid of the stock system and then, with this, flashed the stock recovery" Worked Great for them and Worked incredibly awesome for me. Thank You So Much!
