Top EVO care request @ Sprint

I do tech support for another company. I have heard dumber things then that. So I believe this guy 100%

That is definitely believeable, but with the kickstand being one of the major selling points, i dont see too many people doing this, especially if Sprint is performing ReadyNow like they are supposed to.

I went into the Sprint store to buy another case for my blackberry (yes, I have both phones) and I asked the guy about this issue and he did confirm it. This is the #1 complaint about the evo.

I can believe one person, even some people, thought it was a stylus. But the biggest single reason for calls? Not a chance.

Complaint? What's the complaint? That the owner actually broke off the stylus? Or that it doesn't have a stylus? The second I could believe. I still think the first is bogus.

hey, on this note, how do you get the keyboard to come out? Mine's been stuck since day one and I want to input some data.

I could believe a variant:

1. How do I get the stylus off the back of the phone?

2. Where is the stylus?

3. I have a stylus, is there somewhere on the phone I can store it?

How many complaints are we talking about anyway? Just handling the kickstand, I can't fathom how more than a handful of people (well, any for that matter) would use enough force to rip it out.

I have no proof either way, but enough people doing it to register as the most reported problem borders on absurdity. Well, unless there were like 3 complaints total and two were for it, but that's unlikely.
