I have had this replacement DNA for 7 months. Today I finished a call, the screen went Black, I saw flashing LED's on the home row, and it has not poered up since. I had a mostly full battery, so that is not the issue. It has been on a charge for several hours, but no charging LED to speak of.

Any Ideas on how to Power this thing back up? BTW, I have no Tech skill, no rooting exp, this is a stock phone

any help Please

I'm not sure what it is, but it sounds like a malfunctioning battery. I would contact Verizon and ask them about replacing the battery if you want to hold onto the phone, but they will most likely want to send you a certified like new replacement.

Kind of scary, since I can't delete my personal data before

Thanks for the quick reply

Might have to just go with a Galaxy, at least the battery can be accessed, lol

I hear ya. That was one of the thing that always worried me about not being able to access the battery. So far I haven't had any problems (knocks repeatedly on wood).

Yeah, this would be number 3 for me, if I get it replaced. May have to get a SIM card for my Thunderbolt and bring it out of retirement until a replacement gets here.

I still use my Bolt as a music and podcast player when I'm at work. That way I'm not using my DNA's battery all of the time. That phone caught a lot of crap, but it worked great for me until I semi-retired it.
