touch screen to sensitive

I love my phone i truly do love the swappable battery , sd card slot big screen small size but omg my screen is crazy sensitive i cant scroll down to a bottom of a page without clicking at least clicking 2-4 things. by the way im on verizon i know people are having this issue and i looked for some fixes and non helped. do you thinks its worth me calling verizon and getting it swapped out ? Do you think i will get this issue with the next one ?

Yup tried them most didnt help and the one that did help and is not helping anymore and then i tried going into servive using the 277634#×# and that didnt even bring me to the service menu i love this phone but its making me want to go back to the note 4

I think the fix you tried was to increase sensitivity... something you don't want to do

The main gist of the fix seems to be: "Settings>Accessibility>Dexterity and interaction (Verizon, other versions say Motor and cognition I believe)> Change touch feedback time from short to medium or long depending on your results."
