Touch sounds

I don't know how but I turned my touch sounds down. How do I turn them back up? I tried YouTube and Google but got nowhere.

It's the Ring/Notification volume, not the Media volume. Still not very loud if you max it out, but I confirmed that if you turn it down, the touch sounds go down.
