Touchless won't let me train

Every time I go to the touch less control app it won't let me train it, saying that there is music playing, even when I'm in a completely quiet room, all internet windows and apps are closed.

I would go to the app in the settings menu and force close it and clear the cache. Often, that fixes problems like this.
 
Also, make sure you have the newest version of Touchless Controls from the play store. I had the same problem with training my phone when I first got it, but the update fixed it like a charm.

Thank you for your responses. I force closed it and still got the same message and I already have the newest version of the app. Play store doesn't have an update available at this time.
 
I should probably add that my husband got the same phone about a week before me and he didn't have any problems setting up this app.
 
Do you have a case on the phone? If so, I wonder if it is blocking the microphones. There are two on the back - one just about the right speaker grill and one below the Verizon logo to the right, where there are three small vertical holes.

If that's not it, and a factory data reset doesn't allow you to train, it sounds like an issue for warranty replacement. (I'd do the touchless control setup right after the FDR.)
