Touchscreen acting funny

Not sure if it's coincidence or not, but after flashing different kernels I have an area on my touchscreen that either doesn't respond or when touched is inaccurate, sometimes feels like something is pressing it all the time. Any settings I can clear to fix this?

I had something similar happen to my phone. I went so far as to do a hard reset, that didn't help, so I unrooted and went to a Sprint store to get it exchanged.
