So been a while since ive had this issue. Wasnt bothering me but I was just wondering whether anyone else face the same issue as me?

Everytime i charge my S10P and previous S10P with any wireless charging pad. The screen becomes very unresponsive. Not saying it doesnt respond but its like glitchy.

Does this also happen with the official Samsung charging pad? I wonder if 3rd party charging pads might generate excess electromagnetic interference that impacts the touchscreen -- I think this kind of thing can happen with poor shielding of wired chargers, for example.

Yes in fact it does. With the single Fast Charge Pad, Fast Charge Duo Stand Type and Fast Charge Duo Pad Type... And would suddenly show"wireless charging paused" often. Wierd but it happens to all 3 of my S10P - _-

Hmm. Do all of them have a screen protector? If so, try removing one and see if the problem persists on that one.

hi,im sorry for asking but what does the SP do?it has no connection with the charging if you ask me.if users with the SD version dont experience this.then im guessing the Exynos power surge.

Admittedly, I'm grasping for straws here, since you said that all 3 S10+ phones you have exhibit the same behavior, using official Samsung wireless chargers. It seems unusual to me that something like this could've gotten past Samsung's quality control. Screen protectors can sometimes affect touch -- again, I'm speculating here, but maybe something about the screen protector is being affected by the induction coil, causing it to interfere with the touch sensitivity?

Your theory about some Exynos issue is also interesting. I'd send some feedback to Samsung about this.

owh i forget to mention.my 2nd S10P was naked.same thing -_-.im guessing the proccessor...what pisses me off the most is when the phone just started charging,a text comes in.and there it goes the buggy experience -_-.

Did you do a cache partition wipe and reboot?

Patient: "doctor, my neck hurts when i tilt my head like this."

Doctor: "then don't tilt your head like that."

I don't think you're really supposed to use your phone while it's wireless charging... Pretty bad experience.

That said I did just test it (I've never tried to use my phone while wireless charging, because i don't hate myself) and it worked fine... Does this happen when you've just placed it on the charger or only when it's been charging for a while?

Monitor this in safe mode ?

If i tilt my head and it hurts im pretty sure there is a problem.not like i do yoga or work in a circus.

As for the wireless charging.i am very sure its safe to use it while charging.and with my previous wireless charging enabled devices.they work fine.this usually happens after a while.not like instantly but after a few minutes.and what you mean by because i dont hate myself?

So youre saying if a person uses their phone while being charged wirelessly then they hate themselves?

I dont really understand how to use safe mode...
And 1 more.if the phone is on the pad.and lets say im chatting on whatsapp.there would be a brief popup saying wireless charging paused.but it never actually stopped.just tested it out on 2 S10Ps...

Samsung Galaxy S10 - Restart in Safe Mode

Press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears then release.

Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release.

To confirm, tap Safe mode. The process may take up to 30 seconds to complete. ...

With Safe Mode enabled, test device and app functionality.

This will eliminate any 3rd party apps conflict , also you just restart the device to exit out.

Is this the same wireless pad that you use it for all the phones?

Owh i already did that with both phones.and yes its the same.ive tried 3 different wireless chargers and yeah its the same.

So this rules out apps that conflict or 3rd party wireless chargers , it might be a glitch that Samsung needs to address as there really nothing much you can do as 3 phones experience this.

Im sure there was a thread on this.but i forgotten where.and im suspecting the Exynos.i know but was just curious.since Fast Wireless 2.0 charges the phone fast enough i can live with it.

I can't say for sure if it's Exynos phones as you would need more people come forward about it .

I didn't say using your phone while it's wireless charging wasn't safe, I said it sucked.

My guess is heat.

My point with the old joke you didn't get is the simplest most obvious solution is often the best. Just pick your phone up.
