Trade arrived yesterday and less than 12 hours it passed.
That's great news!Trade arrived yesterday and less than 12 hours it passed.
Wow! That was fast.Trade arrived yesterday and less than 12 hours it passed.
Based on my past trade ins, it could take as long as a couple of weeks after it is received. Especially in the beginning when there are lots of people sending in their trade ins all at once. And, it isn't really Samsung, it's a third party vendor that they hire to test and process the trade ins (mine is going to HylaMobile). But, I have done 5 or 6 trade ins with them over the last few years and have never had a problem. (I know that some people have had issues, but the great majority have not.) I wouldn't worry yet.Samsung received my trade-in on Thursday. I have yet to hear anything and today is Saturday.
Usually it's 3-5 days I am wanting to say ours was received on the 25th so I am hoping to hear something this coming week I hope.I received acknowledgment that they received my trade-in yesterday (Sat). The email said it could take up to 2 weeks to be accepted or rejected. I don't remember it ever taking that long before.
My trade-ins for my Watch 6 Classic last August & my S24 Ultra in February said the same thing. Up to 2 weeks.I received acknowledgment that they received my trade-in yesterday (Sat). The email said it could take up to 2 weeks to be accepted or rejected. I don't remember it ever taking that long before.
My trade in says deferred on my watch 7 cause I had a defective one. I am going to Fed-Ex in a bit to return my defective one and I sent back my watch 6 and his buds pro the same day. He just got approved yesterday. I'm guessing mine is waitng for the old defective watch and then my $200 will go towards this new one I had to buy. I hope they don't screw it up and then e-commerce said they will also credit me my $50 RSVP cause I had to palce and buy a new order.I finally received confirmation that my trade-in was accepted. It took eight days from when I sent it in.
Glad you were able to get to get your flip credited without a fight. So my flip 5 trade in......yeah we can say it got lost or stolen thru fedex or whoever. I shipped my fold 5 and flip 5 at same time. Each phone went on different routes lol. Well Samsung got my fold 5 on August 22. Thank goodness since that was the highest trade in amount. Trade in complete. On August 21 fedex stayed on delay will update delivery date soon or whatever. Man it came to 3 weeks later(yeah I know too long to be waiting lol) on September 11 I said I'll contact Samsung before they charge me. Samsung said they would consider it lost in transit and gave me the full trade in credit. Thank goodness. Heard of this happening but it's a first for me. My fedex app still says last scan August 21 departed Hutchins, TX at 5:54am lol.
Thanks. Me too. Haha. I can only imagineGlad you were able to get to get your flip credited without a fight.
It can be a nightmare when the Samsung agent you're working with doesn't want to cooperate.
