If it's pristine, you'll get the advertised price. Have done this a few times with Samsung on various products and they have backed up the valuation every time.

I always wait until the trade-in period nears its end in case an unexpected problem arises with the new phone that requires its return.

Sent mine in Saturday, nothing yet. This is 4th trade in and knock on wood, no issues yet. I keep my phone on case and glass protector so always spotless.. Lol. Took pics as well

I know I've heard horror stories about trade-ins before on slick deals. Knock on wood we haven't had any trouble our past two or three phones neither. Well last time he went through Samsung I went to Best Buy. When I sent his watch and I told him take a picture of it front and back and with it on.

I'm doing the same thing. Sending my trade next week just to be certain I'm going to keep the S21. How long do we have to turn in the trade? Is it 30 days?

Just got word today that Samsung accepted my trade in with no issues. Smooth process throughout and I think I got an insanely good deal overall. Well done Samsung!

I still haven't received the results of the trade in that was received on Monday. I see few people that had their trade in received by Samsung on Monday got their confirmation yesterday. I'm still waiting for mine hopefully will receive today.
