Trade-In Received by Samsung

Sent in to Hyla on Friday and gave them a little curveball this go around. Ended up giving my son the S20+ for his birthday that I indicated was going to be my trade. Got on Samsung Chat last Thursday and let them know I was trading in his S7 and understood there would be a difference of trade-in from $700 down to $200. Got the trade-in received notice yesterday and then trade-in approved today for the S7 and the $200 credit rather than $700 and billed for the $500 difference. Perfect and exactly what I requested. This is like the 5th or 6th time I've used the program and no issues anytime....

Sent back my P4XL. Took pics and videos of resetting, packaging and mailing just in case. I’ve heard horror stories about Samsung trade in programs. Just got my email today that trade in was accepted so I’m GTG!

My trade in made it to Hyla Mobile in Tennessee and got the email. Now the wait for the trade in meets requirements email! Hopefully a quick turn around!!

samsung received my trade in yesterday and today I received a emailing:We’re happy to inform you that your Trade-In Galaxy S20 Plus was successful and your device met all of the eligibility requirements

Trade in was successful! Samsung took 2 weeks from receiving the trade in. Was definitely getting worried. Probably because it was an iphone (I'm guessing)...All is good!! Wooooo!!!!!

I sent mine in a week ago today. They got it on Wed. as expected and approved the trade in by Thursday! This is the third time I've used their trade in program. No issues any of the times, but this is by far the fastest approval I've ever gotten. Good on Samsung for a generous trade in and following through. (I wasn't going to buy a new phone until I saw how much they were offering for my S10). Very happy with Samsung for upping their service to match the excellent quality of their phones.

Trade in was successful through Hyla.
They received it Wednesday and just took two days for them to approve it.
Was a bit worried after seeing some delay stories here, but all was smooth sailing.
Would definitely consider using Samsung trade-in process in the future.
