Most likely they are examining the phone to make sure it meets the trade-in requirements.

Called Samsung today and told them FedEx might have lost the trade in device since there is no activity from Feb 26th on FedEx. I gave the tracking number along with FedEx case ID. They escalated it to the trade-in team son fingers crossed this will get resolved smoothly instead me having to do multiple follow ups to get it resolved to make sure they don't charge my trade in

I don't have a FedEx proper near me so I dropped mine off yesterday afternoon at Walgreens. Estimated delivery is Monday. Return label says it's going to TN, but I thought it always went to Texas in the past. We'll see I guess.

Got through typing and looked and had message they received it. Yay. Lol

I did the same thing. They show delivery of the phone and the person receiving it at 1:03 pm today. but I have not received any email and my order still shows pending receipt. It was delivered to TN.

Update:
Just refreshed email and got message now (6:56 pm EST) that they recieved it.

Last year mine went to Tennessee, they have two centers one in TN and one in TX

I wish I had joined this thread earlier, you all have some good tips, like taking pictures. My trade in of my S21 Ultra has went bad. Samsung said they received an empty box. I contacted them and they're investigating it. The rep I spoke with seemed sincere.

I've never had any issues with any other trade in's I've done, but have always been nervous about it. Fingers crossed my tablet got there ok.

The tablet was received ok and I got credit for it. They also took care of the stolen/missing phone and didn't charge the refund back. Not sure what happened.

My phone went to I forgot where in TX. I'm in Houston, so it was delivered, examined and accepted all the next day.

My tablet went to TN, and was received earlier today. Waiting on acceptance.

Just turned in my old phone to FedEx. I wanted to wait till the last minute in case I needed to return my S22 Ultra. First time doing a trade-in through Samsung. It was quite painless!
