Thats something Samsung and FedEx going have to fix on their end Mike, I wouldn't worry .
I decided to go proactive and contact them. They are cancelling my trade-in charge back.

Well I worry about it not being handled properly if I didnt make contact without something in writing and a reference number.

I get that...I meant if I hadn't addressed the issue by contacting them in advance. Didn't want it to fall through the cracks and getting charged.
 
Trade in sent Monday, received by Samsung at 3:00pm today and approved by 7:15pm for the correct amount. Done this many times over the years and this was by far the quickest.
