Did anyone receive an email from Samsung Support regarding trade in extension? It states: We are committed to minimizing the spread of COVID-19 among our employees and customers, so we are extending the time available to send your trade-in phone to us. My original date to send back was March 27. In the email, it states I now have until April 30 and could be longer and that I should check my order for an updated label. But when I logged in and check my order, my label still shows March 27. Just wondering if those who still have their old phone received an email like this. I will still talk with a rep just to be certain.
