I cannot refute that statement.

They both suck IMO
USPS issues are once it leaves terminal you don't know anything about it till it is out for delivery and they aren't as customer friendly, to many regulations they will or won't do things, the others just get the job done.I've had no issues with FedEx... Actually both UPS too has been stellar for me.. I have plenty of activity on my account with both of them.. My phone is received and now waiting on approval from Samsung..

Fed ex has a bad habit of packages traveling around the country and like this deal it's been sitting since last Thursday and just started showing movement but only in time changes at the same terminal.
I actually have the best luck with UPS, for me they just do the job. They all have had issues, but UPS seems to be the better of the 3 for me anyway.

Hopefully it's just a matter of time. While my phone trade-in was accepted on the same day it was received, the trade-in for a watch (separate order) still not updated. They got both packages on the same day. They probably have more watches to go through because more people bought watches this time.
In the UK I try as much as possible to avoid Hermes. They are just horrible and unreliable.I have not had too many issues with the reliability of USPS, but I agree, their tracking updates suck.
FedEx, I hate them because the delivery drivers are lazy and unreliable. In the past 2 years, EVERYTHING I have ordered that uses them to ship has NEVER arrived when they promised. It ALWAYS gets delayed a day or 10 and when companies do not give you the choice of carriers, then it's even worse. FedEx gives companies really great rates, at the expense of customer experience.
Samsung (and many others) offer FREE shipping through FedEx, but if you look at the tracking details, they do NOT allow you to make ANY modifications once it has shipped. Sig Required? Can't accept online and have them leave it. You MUST be present. I stayed home one day waiting on a package, I got a notification that the delivery was unsuccessful because no one answered. I looked at the security footage and NO FEDEX TRUCK STOPPED AT MY PLACE, yet it was marked Failed. I went round and round with FedEx, and after supplying them with the footage and notifications, the driver was reprimanded and I have yet to get a failed delivery.
I can go on and on about my hate for FedEx, but let's just say, there are VERY few retailers I would buy from knowing they ship via FedEx. I will pay more elsewhere to avoid the FedEx BS. I have had such HORIBLE experience with them that it almost triggers me when I have to use them. I wish people offered multiple shipping options. I would happily throw money to another carrier than use FedEx.
Are you just curious or do you think it's lost? What happened if FedEx loss my trade?

Same for me. I sent in 2 phones and my watch. Not only have they received my phones, they've accepted them. As for the watch? They haven't even acknowledged that they've received it yet. While my phone trade-in was accepted on the same day it was received, the trade-in for a watch (separate order) still not updated. You have proof that you dropped it off so you should be OK but it may be a headache to resolve.I think my package is lost or about to be base on the tracking I'm tracing.
