Trade in Values for S23 Ultra

When I purchased the Flip 4 and traded my s22u I paid 89.00 that was pretty sweet.
How has the flip been working?

I think they offered great trade INS on the flip 4 to rebuild faith in the flip. Wasn't the flip 3 kind of a flop. Issues with screen, bad battery life and such.

Flip 4 is a great device no issues , I think your right on Flip 3 from I was hearing also , I don't think I'll ever get a great trade in like that again where it was almost a even exchange ..

I might be wrong but don't they give little less and not other options on the promos if they give you good trade in discount?

I don't know, i got 250.00 in credits when i got the S22U, and the free storage upgrade. I traded in a N20 5G Ultra for 600. Not sure what they were giving for the S21 ultra. Someone earlier said it was 800 for the S21U trade.

I think they did lowered the trade in 100.00 if you got the full 250 credits and first responders credit

Last year I used my $250 credit to buy a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. I sold it on Swappa and the upgrade to S22 Ultra cost me nothing with employee discount.

I don't recall Samsung ever having a choice of bigger trade in and less promo credit. I would take the bigger trade in amount all day long. Maybe I missed that choice, don't know

I like the idea of less credits for accessories and more for trade in. Don't need anymore chargers, earbuds, or whatever else.

I say that all the time kets us have $200 more off the phone instead of earbuds that I don't need or more of a trade in. I mean yes I will use the earbuds but I have the last ones I got and was just going to keep these for an extra pair. Or sell my old ones and keep the latest but I don't really need anything else neither.

Or sell my old ones and keep the latest but I don't really need anything else neither. When I got the 21 I got an extra case with the $50 bucks that I never used and the latest earbuds at the time. Only got rid of the 21U cause of the 1000 trade in later on down the line. So now I would like the free memory upgrade and a 1000 trade in that would be awesome but I'll take 800 if it's with memory upgrade. I never got memory upgrade free with any phone so now would be a great time. But yeah with my $50 this time I thought I might try this clear case or get an extra 45 watt brick I don't know. Guess we'll wait and see.

Trade in stinks they are saying 600 for s22 ultra 350 for note 20 ultra. Guess I won't preorder. I looked at tmobile but they could not verify my trade in.

I went to do it just for giggles. Samsung says $500.00 for the s22u. I'm not doing it either. That's pitiful!

Didn't they also allow for multiple trade-ins last year? Was hoping that would be the case again this year. Overall, pretty disappointed!!

Tradein my AT&T Note20 Ultra 5G towards the S23 Ultra $1,000 off with offer Tradein.

When I traded my Z Fold 3 in (I am on T-Mobile), the Promotion is $1000 for trade. The way it works with them was to give me $161 instant credit and apply the remaining $839 to my bill in 24 months.

The S23 Ultra would have been $50/mo on their finance program, but the credit applied knocks that down to $15.04/mo with 0% interest. That makes the finances cost $360.96. The only out of pocket I had to pay was the Sales Tax at $118.36.

Not bad getting it on the promotion.

I surprisingly got $800 trade-in for my base S21. I still don't understand the breakdown though. I bought the base S23 (free upgrade to 256GB) that comes out to $861.99 and I have a $800 trade in bill credit, why would I be charged $22/month for the phone?

Your $800 is a bill credit. It is applied to your bill for the contract period. $800 divided by your contract length (36months) comes out to $22.22 month for the phone portion of your bill. Would of course be more per month if your contract was 24 months but don't know of any carriers still offer that.

Thanks for the explanation. So the phone isn't actually $861.99, it's the subtotal it shows on the receipt $1,683.79. That's what it would cost someone outright I assume?
