Wow! That's amazing & congratulations.Got the recieved email Saturday and 3 hours later the trade in accepted email. Yay!!!
Well I never had problems as well for many many years, until one day you haveI haven't had any problems with past returns.
I always take photos of:
Phone powered on and off
Condition of the back of the phone
(I ship them back in a nondescript box that gets sealed with gum tape)
Weight my digital scale displays of the return box and shipping contents open and sealed with shipping label on it.
(Insert return shipping label in FedEx envelope and affix that in a wrap of clear packaging tape too)
Also take a photo of when it is on the scale at FedEx.
I feel this, UPS is great in my rural town but FedEx absolutely sucks and I get so nervous sending it back through them. Luckily nothing happened this time but I definitely would rather use UPS in the future.I've found that 3/4 of the battle for trade in process is FedEx. I wish Samsung would also change the trade in shipper to UPS. I would pay to ship thru UPS myself if I could.
They can't and won't cancel your trade-in. If you shipped your old phone by the deadline, using the supplied shipping label, then you've met your responsibility. It doesn't matter when (or even if) it gets delivered.Mine has been at Hutchins, TX. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday. If they don't get it by the 16th they will probably cancel my trade in.
