Was apprehensive about losing the note 5 but I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. All the flattering reviews were bang on. Mostly I'm impressed with the battery life so far and the camera has yet to disappoint. If you use the spen a lot you might find yourself reaching for it. I was worried that it would be too big, and even with slim case it's very manageable. Only thing I find myself missing is the multi screen features. I really hope we see Google implement this in the next update. Cheers.

Omg I can't get enough of the 6p talk. Purchasing mine on the 30th.

Good decision if you like stock Android, sold my note 4 and got the nexus 6p. Love the phone as a whole , you won't regret it

I could swear I read that the next major update to the OS will include multi-screen support. But it's not slated to arrive for months. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Even if support is implemented though, it doesn't mean it will become a feature on any particular phone. Could be aimed at tablets.

Same here coming from the note 5. This phone feels way more premium and the experience feels more mature then the note 5. Buttery smooth screen transitions, great camera, and awesome speakers! I don't really miss anything yet about the note 5 other then the case and screen protector options. There's not much to choose from for the 6p just yet.

Yeah I got a tempered glass screen and a new Spigen Clear Hybrid today. Amazon is the only place. Especially here in Canada

Spigen has a solid eBay store. Not sure if it works for Canada though. But their prices on eBay match what they do on Amazon.

Not saying the Note 5 isn't good or anything but honestly I love the 6p. I dont miss my Note one bit. The true Android experience is awesome. This phone is so smooth I love it to death. The most impressive phone I've used for sure. Even having full album art on my lockscreen using Spotify is great. Didn't have that on my Note with Spotify. Great battery life, smoothest phone and clean UI. So impressed with this phone

You're doing a good job of making me want to ditch my 6s Plus for the 6P...

Try it out first though. That's what I did. Still had my Note. Then decided after about a week and sold the Note

I had one and loved it. But I got the itch for some fruit and got an iPhone.

I found this the other day (Forbes), and it is as good a way to word my experience as I can find:
Using the Nexus 6P provides an experience unlike any Android smartphone currently on the market. Navigating around the user interface is buttery smooth, apps load incredibly quickly and almost nothing can slow it down. The Exynos 7420 chipset at the heart of Samsung’s top end Galaxies may blitz the Snapdragon 810 in most benchmarks, but nothing Samsung sells operates with anywhere near the consistent fluidity of the Nexus 6P. Yes TouchWiz adds functionality missing from stock Android, but none of it feels worth the*performance compromises spending time with the Nexus 6P.

That's a good review for sure. Enjoyed the read. The 6p is an amazing phone

Also traded my Note 5 which I loved for the 6P. I missed stock Android and was very enticed by what Marshmallow and the 6P had to offer. No Regrets

I've been debating on trading my s6 edge plus. I'd miss samsung pay, but that's the only feature.

Despite being in love with the 6P I almost slipped up and traded it for a NOTE 5 today. Thankfully, every review and revisited type video brought out something that gave me pause for pulling the trigger.

Unless you really have a need for a stylus the 6P is the better buy in almost every category. What the Note 5 offers besides that is a slightly better display which become a moot point since we're talking about a screen size where the minor difference becomes irrelevant, and a better camera which doesn't offset all of the negatives:

  • dupicative unnecessary apps that do the same thing which leads into
  • bloatware by not just Samsung but carriers
  • delayed updates
  • software not as optimized
  • poor RAM management
