What I find interesting is on wednesday, a guy came into rootzwiki forums and said that his best friend works at verizon and she texted him that morning and said she had just gotten out of a meeting and was told they would have the nexus on monday the 14th. This is second time. I hope this is true but I am also being realistic. Too good to be true if you ask me, but it is strange to hear the same date from 2 different people in two different forums.

im not trying to send a personal attack, but i just simply cant take anyone with "sent from your moms bed" in their signature seriously. it is the worst signature i have seen on here since ive been a member. it seems like it would violate some kind of forum rules. im no prude TRUST me and i know your not really talking about my mom, it is just ridiculous. every time i see it i want to......

Wow....well, let's just say that if this phone magically comes out the 14th, then I will be surprised for sure. That would be a fantastic way to start my week. If it happens great! If it doesn't...well...meh...I can wait.

I think waffles just likes to stir things up. He said in a post in September that he has an SGS2 Epic 4G Touch. In a post on 11/8 he said he just received an unlocked galaxy nexus that he "purchased". Doesn't sound like a Verizon employee to me.

I think he is lying and is enjoying all of the attention. We should stop commenting on his post and move on.

thats interesting.... Matias Duarte is going to be on "On The Verge" that day....its at night...which would be after they would start selling the phone obviously if it was on the 14th, and this will blow my mind if they announce its on sale now..and there promising getting your mind blown at least once

Interesting, I was talking with a couple of guys I know who work for VZW and they both thought that black Friday is the most likely target date for roll out. Guess we'll see who is right. I hope it i11/14 so I can give them crap for being wrong PLUS I can get nexus sooner, win-win!

Ok so I hate to bring bad news because I want the nexus just as much as everyone else but last night I was on the phone with Verizon customer service. I acted to be interested in the razr and then played dumb when she mentioned the non removable battery and said that won't work for me. So I said anything else coming out soon? Her reply was yes we have the Htc rezound coming out on the 14th and gave me accurate spec information. I then asked if anything else was in her system for the 14th and she said no. Not to be negative but the 14th isn't gonna happen but we can all hope.

You realize she could have said no without looking since they are pushed to try and sell more razr's and rezounds? Not to mention most of the time the reps have no clue about phones that are coming more than a week from when you talk to them.

Sorry vzw announces phone Mon or Tues and then it goes on sell Thurs/Fri. So 17/18 is more logical.if your truthful
