Transfer Samsung Notes to new phone

I am desperate, please help.
I need to transfer my Samsung Notes from my Samsung Galaxy J4 to my new phone Samsung Galaxy A03 Core phone??
I have synced Notes to Cloud.
Followed so many instructions and I cannot get it right.

If sync isn't working for whatever reason, use the smart switch app to transfer data.

Transfer of Samsung Notes

I have a Samsung Galaxy J4 phone with Samsung Notes.
Recently I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A03 Core phone, in which I want to transfer the notes.
I have backed them up to Cloud + One Drive.
It will not transfer via Smart Switch automatically. When I go to the Play Store to download Samsung Notes, it is not there.
I did read that you need to open a different Notes app.
Help please.

Sign out of your open accounts, then resign in using the same user for all . Good luck

Make sure your on good WiFi or try different WiFi maybe connection problem not letting it sync , turn off any VPN also.

This is going to be multi-faceted but it may work.

On your old phone go to Setting-->Accounts and Backup--> Backup Data and backup your device.

Also go to Notes-->Settings--> Sync to Samsung Cloud. ... If its already on turn it off and then turn it on again and it should sync immediately.

On your new phone go to Settings-->Accounts and Backup-->Restore Data--> as long as you're signed into Samsung cloud you should see your old phone's backup... select it and restore all the data

Next, go to Samsung Notes-->Settings-->Sync with Samsung Cloud and turn it on. If its already on, turn it off and then back on again.




Hopefully, after that you'll have your notes back.
